RETURNS:
Our policy is simple. If you aren’t happy with your purchase please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. You can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full exchange or refund. On shipments under $25 we will deduct the cost of shipping. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number before returning your item.
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. Please keep the original packaging for insured items as it will be required to file a claim.
If a returned item arrives to us damaged, the refund will be reduced by the cost of repairing the piece. If the item is damaged beyond repair no refund will be issued. Please package the item using the same care and amount of protective padding that it had when it left us. YOU MUST INSURE YOUR RETURN, especially for high end orders, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items that you are shipping back.
Any approved return over $1,000 is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returned orders that were purchased with a gift certificate will receive a merchandise credit.
SHIPPING:
FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $25 in the continental U.S unless marked otherwise .
All orders under $25 will incur a $5 shipping and handling fee.
We ship by United States Postal Service (USPS) first class or priority mail, or by UPS for heavy items.
Express shipping is available for an additional fee, which is based on the weight of the items. Please contact us for a quote.
Upon receipt of your order, we will usually ship it within 2-3 business days.
Earth Gallery is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. No refunds will be made if your package is lost or stolen via any shipping method utilized. Delivery confirmation is used on all shipments.
Every once in awhile a package gets held up in shipping, or in customs for our international orders. Since this is out of our control we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, USPS or any shipping carrier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International orders are welcome! We only accept payments that have been processed through PayPal for international orders. Unfortunately, our “Free Shipping” does not apply to international orders. Shipping fees will be required, which is based on the weight and destination of the items. Please contact us for a quote. All international orders are shipped by United States Postal Service Global Priority mail and usually have a 6-14 business day transit time depending on the country. Purchasers are responsible for any taxes, duties or customs fees that are due.

We will ship your order as soon as your check clears the bank, which can take up to 10 days (usually 5-6 business days). This includes cashiers checks as there have been so many fraudulent ones recently.
APO OR FPO MILITARY ORDERS:
- We gladly ship to APO or FPO addresses. Orders will ship via USPS priority mail.
- Unfortunately orders cannot ship via Express Delivery to APO or FPO Boxes.
