Policies
Our policy is simple. If you aren’t happy with your purchase,
you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less the
cost of shipping. Please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization number
before returning your item. We will also give you the appropriate
return shipping address for the type of merchandise ordered.
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so
we can make a damage report. If an item is returned to us damaged and
a damage report has not been filed, the refund will be reduced by the
cost of repairing the piece. If the shipment arrives in a damaged
box, please inspect it immediately and notify the shipping company of
a damage claim. Then give us a call so we may assist you in resolving
the problem.
We ship by USPS priority mail, or by UPS, depending on the item. Express
shipping as well as international shipping is available.
Upon receipt of
your order, we will usually ship it within 2-3 business days.
We respect your privacy and will never sell, rent, or share your personal
information with any other parties.
