Fossils are like windows to what our world used to be like. Trilobites that are millions of years old show every detail of these first vertebrates. Fossilized megalodon teeth give us an idea as to how massive these prehistoric sharks must have been. Some ammonites (sea fossils) not only have beautiful details on their fossilized shells but some have actually turned to opal, giving flashes of deep reds and greens. Even fossilized dinosaur eggs have been found, allowing us to see this amazing piece of history. And these are all part of our collection of fossils for sale.

We have sea plate fossils for sale from Morocco with ammonites and orthoceras, fossilized sharks and megalodon teeth from the Southeast United States and fossil fish plates from Utah. Also available are dinosaur plates, whale vertebrae, mastodon teeth and jaw sections and cave bear hands. Each fossil, like all of natures masterpieces, is a one of a kind unique piece. And they give us an incredible glimpse into our past.

Fossil Bowl

This is a bowl that has been carved out of a Moroccan fossil. There is a raised orthoceras that extends over the center of the bowl. Opposite it is a small ammonite. Quite lovely. The interior of the bowl shows smaller fossils. #F22

Ammonite Pair

This is a lovely pair of cut and polished ammonite halves. They have a bright sandy brown color. Many of the chambers are open and filled with a druzy material. The backs have been left natural and one of them has a bit of opalized area. They are a minimum of 65 million years old. From Madagascar. #F-44
